These terms govern the services provided by Urban Diamond Lawn & Snow ("we," "us," or "our") and your use of our website at urbandiamondlawn.com. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services We Provide
Urban Diamond Lawn & Snow offers professional outdoor property services in the Kansas City Northland area, including:
- Lawn mowing and maintenance
- Landscaping and hardscaping
- Snow removal and ice management
- Leaf removal and yard cleanup
- Mulch, rock, and material delivery
- Fertilization and weed control
Specific services, pricing, and schedules are agreed upon between you and Urban Diamond before work begins.
Service Area
We primarily serve the Kansas City Northland, including areas in and around Kansas City, MO. Service availability for locations outside our primary area is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are free and provided without obligation
- Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment and are subject to change if conditions differ from what was observed
- Pricing is not binding until both parties agree to a service plan or contract
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice for ongoing services if property conditions change significantly
No Long-Term Contracts
We don't lock you into long-term contracts. Our recurring service plans (lawn mowing, snow removal, etc.) can be cancelled at any time with reasonable notice. We believe in earning your business every visit, not holding you to fine print.
For one-time projects (landscaping, hardscaping), work is governed by the specific project agreement and scope discussed before work begins.
Scheduling and Access
- Recurring services are performed on a regular schedule. Your specific service day may vary slightly based on routing and weather.
- We need reasonable access to your property to perform services. Please ensure gates are unlocked, vehicles are moved from driveways (for snow removal), and pets are secured on service days.
- If we are unable to access your property, the visit may be skipped and rescheduled at our discretion.
Weather and Service Adjustments
Kansas City weather is unpredictable. Here's how we handle it:
- Rain delays: If rain prevents safe or quality mowing, we'll reschedule your visit within the same service week when possible
- Snow triggers: Snow removal is activated based on accumulation thresholds agreed upon in your service plan (typically 2" or more)
- Extreme weather: In cases of severe storms, extreme heat, or hazardous conditions, services may be delayed for crew safety. We'll communicate any delays promptly.
- Seasonal transitions: Lawn care service frequency may be adjusted during early spring and late fall based on grass growth conditions
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other terms are agreed upon
- We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks
- For recurring services, automatic billing is available and encouraged
- Past-due accounts may result in suspension of services
Property and Liability
- We are fully licensed and insured. In the event our work causes damage to your property, we will address it promptly and professionally.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, underground utilities not marked by the property owner, or damage caused by factors outside our control (e.g., wildlife, weather events between visits).
- We recommend marking sprinkler heads, invisible fence wires, and other underground features before service begins.
Cancellation
- Recurring services: Cancel anytime with at least 7 days' notice before your next scheduled service
- Scheduled visits: If you need to skip a specific visit, let us know at least 24 hours in advance
- Project work: Cancellation of in-progress project work may be subject to charges for materials already purchased and work already completed

Changes to These Terms
