What's included in a commercial or HOA contract?
Every contract is written and specific to your property: service scope, schedule, and pricing are all spelled out before the first visit. Depending on what you need, a contract can cover lawn care and landscaping, snow and ice removal, or both bundled into one year-round agreement.
Do you provide certificates of insurance?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance on request — just ask when you request a proposal, and we'll have it ready for your files or your board's records.
How does billing work for multiple properties?
You get one consolidated monthly invoice, even across multiple properties, payable by card or ACH through our online customer portal. No separate invoices to reconcile per site.
We're unhappy with our current vendor mid-season — can you take over?
Reach out any time. We'll schedule a walkthrough and put together a proposal, and talk through timing that makes sense for your property and any existing agreement you're winding down. Many commercial and HOA contracts transition at a season or contract-year boundary, but we're happy to talk specifics for your situation.
What common areas do you cover for HOA communities?
Common-area lawns, entrances, sidewalks, mailbox clusters, and amenity areas are all typical scope for an HOA contract. Exact coverage is defined during the property walkthrough and written into your contract, since every community's common areas are laid out differently.
Do you handle both lawn care and snow removal, or just one?
Both, and that's the point of a year-round contract: one vendor covers mowing and landscaping from April through November and snow and ice response through the winter, so there's no seasonal handoff between two different companies. Properties that only want one or the other are welcome too.
